The Road to nowhere!-NC

Quick story behind this. The Tennessee Valley Authority was in the process of expanding and wanted to create a lake with a hydro generator. To do so they back flooded the river. They negotiated a deal to move a cemetery. They agreed to build a road so residents could visit the burial sites. Surprise. Ran out of money. Hence....the road to nowhere!
