Kansas City BBQ- KA

So we had to stop in for some BBQ. The first place was Joe' Barbeque. Was also a gas station. I read that you have to get there early or wait hours to get your food. We arrived at 11:00 and by the time we got in all seats were taken. I had the Z-Man and spicy coleslaw. Dennis had the two meat brisket and pulled pork with beans and fries. Everything was great except the meat was just warm.
