Giant City State Park-Shawnee National Forest-IL

Went for a hike in Giant City State Park in the morning, before the heat would take hold...it got up to the 90's . The first hike was Giant City Nature Trail. "Streets of the Giant City" include rock formations, bluffs and a "Balanced Rock". Dating back to 300 Million years old sandstone.
