Beckley Coal Mine-Beckley WV

We never have visited a coal mine... So now we have! It was Unbelievable. Dorsal was our guide and was a miner himself. Told great stories . His dad died at 58 of black lung, and so did two of his older brothers. Dorsal was 15 years younger and since his Dad died a great man took to him and mentored him. Told him first off to wear a respirator. Everyone laughed and even at the Hospitals where other were dying, they still said he was a fool! His mentor lived well into his 90's and Dorsal himself was in his
